Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (as per § 13 of the German Civil Code), you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (see “Instructions for withdrawal from the Contract”).
A consumer, in this context, is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Instructions on withdrawal from the Contract

Statutory right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this Contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for withdrawal shall be fourteen (14) days from the date on which

• you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are or will be delivered in a single shipment, or
•  you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• you or a third party named by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last partial consignment or piece, provided that you have ordered a product that is delivered in multiple consignments or pieces, or
• you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the first good, provided that you have a contract for the regular delivery of goods for a specific period of time.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (KUKUZI UG, Humboldtstraße 13, 40723 Hilden, Germany, phone number: +49 (0) 1525 579 7583, e-mail address: info@kukuzioliveoil.com) with a clear statement (e.g. by mail, e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached form but using the form is not mandatory.

In order to withdraw your contract in due time, it is sufficient for you to submit your statement before the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer). The payment will be issued without delay, at most 14 days from the date of receiving notification of your withdrawal.

We will issue the refund by the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise. In no case will you be charged for any fees associated with the refund. We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods or until receiving proof of the goods being shipped, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before it expires.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You may be charged in case of any depreciation in the value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to handling that is unnecessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
