KUKUZI is a responsible and dedicated family business that produces extra virgin olive oil for almost 100 years using traditional methods. Since 1921 we deal with the cultivation of olives, when our great-grandparents planted the first olive trees of the variety “Patrinia” in northern Peloponnese.

KUKUZI olive oil is a varietal product and is composed 100% of the variety ‘Patrinia’. This creates a unique aroma.

Apart from its mild flavor and golden green color, KUKUZI olive oil is characterized by its low acidity.

The harvest of our olives is  exclusively done by hand without the aid of machines that could damage the fruit.

The oil is recommended by professional chefs and is available in modern design glass bottles of 250 and 500 ml.

Aroma

The aromatic composition of the oil’s fruitiness consists of green aromas. The aroma of tomato is dominant through the nose and mouth. Other recognizable flavors are those of freshly cut grass, fresh almond and apple – green and red. Notes of artichoke and green banana are also distinct. The olive oil has a buttery texture in the mouth.
