This time of the year is our favourite in the olive groves! The olive trees are full of little flowers that are becoming little olives, the land is full of colourful flowers and the landscape with the help of the sun creates a unique sight! It seems that the harvest of next year is going to be very good and we can assure you that you will have your favourite awarded extra virgin olive oil of every type into your kitchen!

1 kg of spread cheese
700 gr of mayonnaise
450 gr of Greek yoghurt, drained (with less water content)
200 gr Roquefort cheese
1 Greek coffee cup of vinegar
1 teacup of water (or heavy cream for more intensity)
2 handful of chives
2 handful of parsley
2 handful of spearmint
2 handful of basil
Very few rosemary leaves, finely chopped

Mix well with the hand or the hand mixer and enjoy!
